2010 Candidacy for US Congress There was a possible chance I could have served Neil Abercrombie’s remaining term; being the only other highest vote getter in 2008 General elections, receiving nearly 40,000 votes, but US House reminded me last month; that to do that we may have to pass an amendment to qualifying second highest vote getter US House Candidates in my position, to become the successor to the resigning Congressman, but there just wasn’t enough time for me to dig into this route before the deadline to file my candidacy, and as usual it was impossible to hire an attorney for a Congress related case.

In this 2010 Special Election

In this special election, once again, there are other candidates, who're running against me from the two major political parties. They did not run against me and the Incumbent in 2008 normal elections, and Mr. Abercrombie appears to be the usual "teamwork friend" with them, calling each one of the three prior to resigning well in advance, and informing them about his definite intent to resign so if they are interested to run in a special election for his remaining term, which by the way will be 7 months, while by May 22, 2010 there will have been no one to serve in Neil's official capacity for urgent official matters for nearly three months.

All 3 Candidates are products of special interest groups All 3 Candidates are products of special interest groups As you can clearly notice; all three well funded candidates, which includes 2 serving officials, and one former official, as well as "Their friend", Neil, calling them in advance way ahead of time to prepare their strategies as if they were so helpless; that without Neil's tip in the District 1 seat for Congress being wide open; they might just not be able to stand a chance against me, while as the genuine original challenger I remained totally excluded by the supposedly "honorable official" in a "lowlife, cutthroat" style Neil Abercrombie has shown to possess. Why? Because he used the same backstabbing special interest oriented Incumbent tactic as he did in 2002 Primary, lying to all voters about the total incapacitation of my only opponent, the late congresswoman Patsy Mink, only to make sure I will not be the Winner by default according to our election laws in HRS 11-117(b), and again in 2008 General, this time challenging him in District 1; refusing to debate with me for this seat's election, and again winning by a dirty trick". Clear indications of all 4 being the products of special interest groups funding their campaigns, and playing their teamwork to protect their own interests, while I am now an Independent-Nonpartisan Candidate. This is the best chance for all voters to elect me as an Independent Candidate to serve in Congress, and send a clear signal to both major parties to clean up their acts, or there shall be more Independent-Nonpartisan candidates becoming Officials to fully serve our US citizens without any big special interest group's strings attached, which is why we have finally reached to one of our worst economic crisis in nearly 70 years. And why not an Independent-Nonpartisan Official? All the rest of Congress are partisan except one in the Senate. I think to have 1 or at least 4 in the House will strengthen our voice, hence improve our lives for the better don't you think? Besides, I will bring the best of leadership to Congress from Hawaii, because most Hawaii voters know me very well; from my background, problem solving skills, education, and debates while running for office since 1988, and aware of the fact; that I was forced to lose even when I finally clearly won in 2002, but even that was sabotaged by "party politic special interest old boy network Incumbent reelecting machine". What media is fabricating about the "official or former official experienced candidates to be the best candidates" is a cheap shot distortion of other candidates' abilities, and nothing more but a hogwash. They ought to be ashamed of themselves in abusing their available news making positions to appease Incumbent & Inner Circle Politicians. The few "Regular" known local reporters doing this dirty work should really stay out of voters sacred right to learn about candidates without any Media bias, and spreading the mentioned usual rhetoric. They are perhaps the biggest threat to our free & Democratic elections in Hawaii, and we continue to pay heavily for such bias rhetoric, which conveniently discredits all other much more qualified candidates, leading to generate a manufactured consent solely by those few journalists, who no doubt are used to making big money from the inner circle politicians, and depriving our citizens from electing the best candidates with the right stuff to find real solutions to our growing problems effecting all citizens rather than patchworks to benefit a few. My message to overcome this hurdle is; that please don't pay any attention to known election bias dishonorable journalists no matter how nice they sound with their fancy words, and do your own homework in studying your candidates before voting, which is much easier in this single seat special election than in the Normal Elections to elect dozens of candidates. Well, that's a first. Many special interest groups are publicly announcing their support for her. In another move; Mr. Ed case aside being supported by SI (special interest groups); he also admits to Neil's close pre-election favors to break the resignation news to him as he also did to the other 2. Mr. Case in his PBS-Hawaii debate is also plagiarizing from my statement on the Wars in Afghanistan, and Iraq, when he answered to the moderator in the "Island Insight". He repeated the same cycle of unfair debates, only accepting debates with the "teamwork" Candidates in both parties since he must recall the 2002 elections, when he did the same at the "'Olelo" studio debate, even when I clearly cited this disgraceful, dishonesty to the voters in my HSSC & US House CHA election contest filings. Not only that, but he also had no problem going against the Late Patsy Mink's Great Legacy, when he cooperated with the inner circle elements, to plot against me in 2002 election, and accepting to be their "key target candidate" for the two ensuing special elections for US House District 2. The list goes on, and on, but must I go on with his sleazy tactics of "an attorney at law"?! Finally, Candidate Charles Djou of the Republican side never waited long enough for my 20 days period to challenge Neil in the post 2008 General, and announcing his intention to run for my challenged Candidacy seat in Congress "In progress". He announced the news on mainstream prime time TV, Radio, and press. All 3 "attorney at laws" have the same callous & voter insensitive tactics. So much for these former "fellow" Democrats", and one "Fellow" Republican. Given the above; how can these three claim "Honor", and "Integrity" to exist in their characters? How can these 3 Candidates live with themselves; when they continue to deceive our voters about their relationship with special interest groups' support? I don't know, but I do know; that I certainly am not happy to be in the company of such opportunist bunch; who do nothing but wait for a chance to grab a higher official leadership position, when all 3 know very well; that my knowledge, and skills to hold a US Congress seat is beyond their abilities in problem solving, knowledge, and levels of understanding major issues.

That candidate is Steve Tataii, and for them knowing I garnered nearly 40,000 votes in the recent 2008 general elections, and have what it takes to serve our US District 1 in Washington, and enable Congress to learn from my knowledge on the persistent Wars' many aspects none really has been able to understand correctly, and come up with solutions. I speak 6 languages, and familiar with 3 others, am a combat veteran, was a POW twice, and have run for office 12 times in our state of Aloha, and in Honolulu. On the right is an original Indonesian "JAVA" (Finch-Sparrow), now found across Oahu. They are one of the most amazing of all Finch family dressed in Tuxedos 24-7 as if they're ready for official meetings at anytime:)) They sing a short sweet song, and are friendly to those, who mean well, and feed them. They eat only seeds, certain types of nectors, plants, and leaves. They normally travel in schools.

What Mr. Abercrombie, and the old boy network did to my victory in 2002 has been the most disgraceful act in the history of elections in the entire country, and not just the state of Hawaii. They all went against the Great Legacy of my opponent Incumbent candidate, the Late Congresswoman Patsy Mink; when she said: "I want to run for office, and become a member of US House as a Leader, because I want to fight for those, who cannot fight for themselves". This was Late Patsy Mink's belief, which has been precisely mine all my life. The inner circle "Teamwork" went against that Great Legacy, and did what the Late Congresswoman would have never done, and that is to fight in a fair manner, and to allow the serious caring Candidate win without any tricks nor plots. She would have been outraged if she was alive, and watch what they did to my Victory in 2002, and inflicting a great damage to my longtime anticipated leadership position never held before, and giving it away to Mr. Ed Case, one of members of the inner circle to remain in that office for District 2 until the end of 2007. The election theft by the organizers in that 2002 infamous election year, led by Neil Abercrombie repeated itself again in 2008. Is this what we want for Hawaii, the nation, and the World? Or are we prepare to act with fairness, and ask our media to treat Steve Tataii with respect, allowing him to be in all other upcoming debates, and learn from him rather than plot against him? Is this really what all the top official leaders in the state want? Or are they willing to let our voters to vote freely after knowing all the facts, and allow voters watch some key debates with Steve Tataii in them, to be able to decide who is more qualified to become the next US Congressman from Hawaii? I certainly hope so, and for once let's have an election by the people, and for the people instead of fixing it in different ways to manufacture the winner to have an "elected candidate by the special interest groups for the special interest groups".

Meet my little Australian aboriginal Son Bird! Above is my Australian Son-Bird named "KoriAla". Meet my little Australian aboriginal "Son-Bird" I've raised since he came out of his egg shells 5 years ago. His name is "KoriAla"(which means "The son of Flag" in Kurdish); given to him while completing the historical writing of my 3 books. He was never able to fly from birth with none of his feathers ever cut, which is not what I believe in, and if he could have flown, I would have tried to release him in her natural environment, and perhaps arrange a special trip to take her to Australia though he was born in Honolulu. So I decided to take care of him, and we've been a close family since his tiny featherless baby days started 5 years ago. He was nearly killed in a vicious cat's attack on this year's April fools' day, but her long gorgeous golden tail feathers acted as a buffer, and the cat, which I quickly charged on, let him go, and was never able to make a fatal bite, and miraculously she survived without a single drop of blood. He is now half the length he was, loosing 7 of his most gorgeous long golden feathers, but coming along just fine. I guess we are both going through the PTS after that horrible day, but God is helping us heal as he had his mercy on us, because the cat had been hunting at least one wild bird a day we often find laying around. Her songs are coming back to him, and "the brave warrior ", again, doesn't want to come off my shoulders when I'm at home. He is a handful. I call him the little professor, because he teaches me her own language, and I never tried to assimilate him into human language, which he could have mimic. I guess as my own aboriginal people or ancestors "the Kurds", and in this instance, his fellow Human Australian aboriginals in their homeland have been pushed to be assimilated by their invading Frenzy of colonial powers; I certainly would not want to do that to him for sure. Every little chirp or song he sings means something, and I respond with him in the same way, communicating as he was a 5 year old child though at this age he is equivalent to a 20 year old of his human counterpart. I can write an entire book about his amazing life around me if elections did not waste so much of our time due to irresponsible handling of our elections, and electing many unqualified and useless candidates with no problem solving abilities, caused by repeated election irregularities. Why not some long time officials just retire instead of resigning in the middle of their terms? Why my present opponents did not run in the normally held 2008 elections, and not after knowing; that I was the second highest vote getter, while I challenged the Incumbent candidate? This was the same scenario with 44 candidates in 2003 special election, and now 13 others candidates other than myself in the 2010 special election!!! It is time to cut through the chase, and for Steve Tataii's Leadership in Congress.

I frankly see no other Official in the entire congress with the problem solving skills I posses when elected. Unfortunately this special election as in many others are taking their toll on days of our lives, and I have to do what I have to do in trying to win, because I frankly see no other Official in the entire congress with the problem solving skills and knowledge of how to stop wars as myself, and hope all our voters, and my opponents take their time to realize that fact, and give me a chance to get us out of the messes we're in rather than pushing to elect another candidate. I believe in Hawaii the time has come to be fair with all serious candidates, and we must encourage our Media to stop using their scale of more attention to candidates with big money, since the Media must act as responsible journalists, impartial like before, and not the wings of wealthy candidates to get rich off of campaign money at the expense of the well being of our future. This is why you MUST know what happened in the 2002, and again in 2008 elections before casting your votes, and I have tried to provide all the necessary related "History" about the current race below: In the "Internet Links" Page you can read many 2002, and 2008 critical elections' news coverage including the 2002 elections' "biggest crimes of this century" by our own 2002 Hawaii chief election officer, while being told to keep quiet by my 2008 opponent, Neil Abercrombie, who shamelessly lied to our voters about the total incapacitation health condition of the late Incumbent in my race up to the day of the 2002 Primary despite my official notices, and HSSC law suits filed prior to that election. This led to the denial of my clear victory, when Yoshina left out my name from the 2002 General Election ballots, and violated our Hawaii election LAWS in HRS 11-117(b). The irony is; that Congress gave me the instructions to go, and ask for help from Mr. Abercrombie. I did. While he did not help me to reinstate my Candidacy as a winner by default; on my second visit to his Kapiolani BLVD campaign HQs; I was given the run around & offensive remarks by one of his deranged staff. My 2003 Election Contest filed in U.S. House with Committee On House Administration was ultimately dismissed. I have had to file a total of 5 related election Law Suits on my own for the vicious unjust "Victory denial" of 2002 Primary, when I was deprived of my clear Victory as U.S. Representative District 2 Hawaii. This was yet the biggest betrayal not only to me, the candidate, but against more than 600,000 of our voters in district 2, while Abercrombie was still occupying the seat in District 1, after malicious lies to our voters through our own Media on Prime Times News, and major local Press, keeping us in dark about the truth. What followed in the 2008 elections were the repeat of Neil's backstabbing, and lies; when he refused to come to a debate, conveniently winning the election as the Incumbent. This led to my final attempt to file an election complain in the Hawaii State Supreme Court, and finally in the US House's Committee on House Administration on the grounds of Neil's deeds, before giving up my rights, and all 500,000 similarly situated voters of our District 1 for the US House seat. Both law suits were dismissed for lack of sufficient legal citations, and technicalities.
